How does your pick up and delivery service work?
You could just reach out to us by phone email or through our app schedule a pick up day. Pick your preferences and let us do the rest. We will pick up on the day you choose and return on the day you choose within 24 hours sometimes even less. All orders are paid before we deliver back with your credit card of choice.
What are your payment options?
We take all forms of credit card , cash, or Venmo
What if I have specific needs for my laundry?
We try to do your laundry just like you do so if you want things hung dry, not dried cold water, hot water, OxiClean or bleach or anything else you can think of you just let us know and we’ll do it that way
What about if you can’t get to me at a time that I’m available?
Sorry, a timeslot that we offered does not work for you, but we always have an option and that would be to send your laundry with a rideshare and we will charge you in house price
